3月4至10日，中国人民政治协商会议第十三届全国委员会第五次会议在北京举行。全国政协委员、我校校长梁留科与分别来自中共、农业、经济、教育、文艺、科技等多个界别的住豫全国政协委员一同，以饱满的政治热情、奋发的精神状态参会并建真言、凝共识、添助力，受到多方媒体关注。

2022年是党的二十大召开之年,是实施“十四五”规划关键之年。全国两会的胜利召开,举国关注、举世瞩目、意义重大。在6天的会期里，梁留科委员认真学习习近平总书记重要讲话精神，认真听取和审议全国政协常委会工作报告、提案工作情况报告，讨论政府工作报告、“两高”报告等，围绕推动黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展、建设国家文化公园、推动县域旅游高质量发展、加强石窟寺保护、解决“专精特新”企业人才短缺难题等主题积极发声，共向大会提交个人提案11份、联名提案2份、大会发言1份。
